Black Bean Brownies



1 15 oz can of black beans

2 bananas

1/2 c. cocoa powder

1/4 c. flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 c. sugar or other sweetener of choice

3 Tblsp. coconut oil

1 tsp. vanilla extract


Preheat the oven to 350°

Lightly grease 8x8 pan.

Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender, until smooth.

Pour into the pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top is dry.

Let cool before cutting it up, because the insides will be gooey!
