My wife and I started working out at Peak Physique in Nov '23. Our very first impression was awesome. Great coaches who are friendly and fun. I had an amazing experience at Peak Physique. Everyone there was so welcoming and was willing to help make sure I was using equipment properly and pushing myself. Full disclosure, I was terrified to step foot into a gym, and the trainers and other members were just like a wonderful and welcoming little family! Participated in the Biggest Loser Challenge and was able to lose almost 15 lbs in a little under 1 month following the recipes they provided. I was only able to make one class, but it kicked my butt and I think I would have had even more weight loss if I could have gotten to more classes.
